As a child, Al's dad drilled into him the value of money. Since then, Al has always possessed zeal for deals, and legend has it that he has never paid full price for anything...EVER. Besides the thrill of a bargain, Al also enjoys technology and dreams; it may have been kismet when Antonio asked Al to build a website to help the world save money.
Antonio has been an achiever from an early age, having won an award in grade 4 for being the shortest kid in the class. He's a software engineer, obsessed with "making cool stuff" (as you can see he is also quite eloquent). Although not very popular in modern times, Antonio feels that he would've fit right in in the 1930's with his obsessions with newsboy caps, ovaltine and mexican muralism.
Margaret has an Environment and Business degree from the University of Waterloo and prior to joining OneSpout, she implemented large scale business solutions as a technology consultant. Outside of work, Margaret could be defined as a healthy lifestyle nerd, but really — girly tomboy with an affinity for sports, fitness challenges, Star Trek and board games would be more accurate.
Andrew graduated from the University of Waterloo with a degree in Software Engineering. Previously, he worked for companies including IBM and Google. In the winter, Andrew curls. He considers it to be the ultimate game — a blend of physics, planning, strategy, execution, teamwork and a social drink afterwards. Andrew is generally good-natured...unless he's playing board games, in which case, he becomes paranoid and vengeful.
A graduate from the Sheridan Web Design program, Cora has a passion for design. She is obsessed with the web, paper samples, crafts, typography, Pantone colours, coffee, board games and art. She also loves food deals.
After graduating from U of T, Dave managed a number of entrepreneurial projects before moving to Waterloo to work at RIM in Mac OS development. Less than a year later, Al and Antonio dragged him back to Toronto to help grow their new business. When Dave is not implementing front-end user experiences and deploy scripts, he secretly partakes in underground Dungeons and Dragons sessions, fanatically supports the Toronto Maple Leafs, plays squash, softball, and basketball, and rocks out on classical piano.
A graduate of Sheridan College, Paul has worked for a number of start-ups. He enjoys the craftsmanship of software development and building products that makes people's lives easier and more meaningful. At OneSpout, Paul takes pleasure in impersonating others at the office, but when he's not here terrorizing us, he enjoys wandering the streets of Toronto.
A computer science graduate from the University of Waterloo. Aaron lives to find ways to improve tasks and processes with robust solutions. He loves pet and travel deals.
